Dr. Taylor Morgan, our onsite Physical Therapist is offering 30-minute sessions for just $30 on Saturday December 16th at Black Dog Fitness.  All of the proceeds go to benefit PK Hope is Alive, the Oak Ridge Parkinson’s Support Group.

If that shoulder/hip/back/neck is still bothering you come let Taylor check it out.  She can recommend exercises, therapies, doctors or even help work out some of the problem right then and there. Contact me for details.

Christmas Schedule
Black Dog Fitness will be closed on Monday, December 25 through Monday, January 1st.  Although we will not have any group classes, if you have Personal Training, check with your trainer for their schedule.  Have a Merry Christmas, Happy New Year, Wonderful Kwanza, Chappy Chaunuka, Joyous Boxing Day and Felicitous Festivus.

Veterans and Parkinson’s (Thursday, December 14th)
Environmental Exposures while serving in the military are well known for contributing to Parkinson’s. On Thursday, December 14th at 4:00 – 5:30 pm The Parkinson’s Foundation is hosting a Zoom presentation about how for some veterans, exposure to chemicals and toxins while on-duty can increase the risk of developing Parkinson’s. To learn more or register, go to www.Parkinsons.org/VETSEnvironment or call (828) 352-1079.

See you around the gym and keep…
FIGHTING BACK!!!
