Hand Wraps

I recommend hand wraps – they help reinforce your wrist and knuckles so you don’t injure them. This is my favorite way to wrap your hands with the traditional hand wraps.   It is a little confusing at first but after a few tries you will get it. Customize it to your hand. Everyone wraps their hands a little differently. Contact me if you have any problems or questions.

Speed WrapS

If you do not like struggling with the traditional fabric hand wraps, you might like speed wraps. They are padded fingerless gloves that help support your wrist and knuckles.  Some have a little bit of wrap, others just have the vecro cuff.

The Everlast ones are popular but there are hundreds others. Pick what you like.
